dawn stallwood

Notary & Managing Director

For Dawn, service excellence and a personable commercial approach are client minimums. Going the extra mile is the foundation on which Company Notary was created in 2010. Dawn has been a notary since 1999 and focuses on corporate clients and their executives and family members.

When not supporting clients, Dawn spends time supporting clients with corporate development and business integrity matters. In her private space, Dawn enjoys time with her husband, family and friends, enjoys travel (including Sparky the motorhome!) and wildlife. Dawn is also a trustee of Faith in Business, a Cambridge based charity focused on matters of integrity and ethics in leadership.

Kevin Rivington

Legalisation and Practice Management Lead

Kevin joined the team in 2013, coming from a background in finance and operations. He manages the administration of Company Notary and coordinates All FCDO Apostille, legalisation, embassy and forwarding requirements for clients. When not serving clients, Kevin pursues his passion of South African braais (BBQ!), photography and enjoys spending time with his wife, family and friends.

Iain MacLeod

Notarial Consultant

Iain joined Company Notary as a consultant notary at the beginning of 2020. He has been a notary for over 30 years and comes with a long background as a property legal practitioner.

Iain has known Dawn for 20 years and has watched with interest the successful growth of Company Notary and Family Office Notary since its creation and its business model and approach for supporting other notaries.

Outside of work Iain is a keen amateur choral singer in several choirs, including Guildford Chamber Choir, Surrey Cantata and his local church choir.

Sharda Mistry

EA Support

Sharda joined the Floodlight Business team in August 2022 and we can’t imagine a time without her!

Sharda used to engage the services of a notary (including Dawn) in her time supporting the board of Carnival Cruises / P&O Cruises and has worked for several highly successful businesses and distinguished families.

Sharda brings EA insight and client concierge support into the team.
