At Company Notary, we are able to support your verification needs, to support your commercial and business activities. This includes:

  • Verification and ID checking for Land and Property Transactions, including ID1 Forms from HM Land Registry.
  • Identity verification of directors, partners and People with Significant Control (PSC) and those lodging corporate or partnership documents and filings at UK Companies House. We are an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023. We will take care of providing the necessary statement and evidence to the Registrar of Companies.
  • ID verification to support passport, investor or entrepreneur applications for Irish, EU country and other foreign nationality, passport or visas.

We make use of verification third-party providers (for example SmartSearch and Legl).  Our ability to provide this service is dependent on full transparency from our client or the person being verified.  AML and sanctions checks will be made as appropriate.
