Fee Information
We provide upfront clarity on our fees. To get to a clear position on fees, please allow us to ask our questions and provide a full response, including any documents requested.
Depending on your requirements, our fees and expenses will comprise:
- Notarial Professional Fee (which will be calculated based on time spent, document or transaction complexity, urgency, transaction value and risk)
- FCDO charges for apostille/certification
- FCDO attendance fees and handling
- Embassy charges for legalisation
- Embassy agent attendance and handling
- Chamber of Commerce fees (limited to a few MENA region countries)
- Document forwarding (courier/special delivery/in person delivery)
- Translation costs
- Copying, printing and binding
- Verification and KYC Checks
We are transparent in our fees and how we arrive at our quotes and invoices. In most cases, we will invoice you after we have completed our services, but we reserve the right to ask for payment on account if considerable expenses involved.
